This Privacy Policy explains how Sentinel collects, uses, and safeguards information when you purchase or use the Service. We keep the amount of personal data we handle to the minimum necessary to operate the Service.

When you purchase a subscription, we collect:

• Email address — to deliver your license key and send order confirmation.
• Order details — the plan you purchased, amount paid, and timestamp.
• License and usage metadata — the license key issued to you, activation timestamps, and subscription status.
• Discord identifier (optional) — if you link your Discord account for community support.

Information we do NOT store

We do not store your credit card details, billing address, or any other payment information. All payments are processed by our payment provider, and card data goes directly from your browser to them without touching our servers.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your license key and complete your order
• Provide customer support
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse
• Send occasional service announcements (e.g. major updates)

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only with the third-party services strictly required to operate the Service:

• Payment processor — receives what it needs to charge your card and confirm payment.
• License issuance provider — receives your order metadata to mint your key.
• Email delivery service — receives your email address to deliver your license.
• Discord — if you interact with our community server, standard Discord terms apply.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data retention

We retain order and license data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for support, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by opening a support ticket in Discord, subject to any legal or fraud-prevention obligations we must comply with.

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure — you acknowledge that any transmission of information over the internet carries some inherent risk.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket in Discord.

7. Cookies

The Sentinel website uses only strictly necessary cookies to remember your session during checkout. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
